Creating a routine and surrounding yourself with like-minded people can hold more power than you know. She uses this mindset and approach to positively impact athletes everyday.

Logan Malenovsky was born and raised in Kingston, TN. At a young age he was drawn to athletics and the outdoors. His passion for exploring all genres of fitness and group training further developed his love for coaching. He is committed to working with young athletes to improve their movement patterns and overall health.

Kelley Darnell grew up in the Knoxville area. Her passion for athletics and team sports began as a soccer player at age five. Hard work, commitment, and love for the sport afforded her the opportunity to pursue her goal as a Division I women’s soccer player at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
In addition to coaching, Kelley teaches History and Economics at Bearden High School. She spends her free time running, mountain biking, Cross-Fitting, and raising her three boys.

Dusty Holden is a Tennessee native with roots in Maryville. He is passionate about athletics, competition, and health. Dusty applied his passion as a competitive baseball player and has first hand experience with the commitment required to compete at the collegiate level. Great coaches have fueled his passion. He wants to give back to youth by inspiring them with that very same passion for sports, health, and life.
